Ergonomics and Postural Awareness Training

The "Ergonomics and Postural Awareness Training" organized by our Vocational School's Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation was held. The event continued with the evaluation of participants' body postures by Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Nehir UÇAR and volunteer students from the physiotherapy program, following an informative presentation by Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Akın SÜZER. Exercises that can be done at home and in the office were demonstrated practically to the participants, and informational brochures were distributed, concluding our event. We thank our instructors, students, and participants who contributed.
